INSERT allows returns on ALL products EXCEPT wrist blood pressure monitors and blood sampling test kits.

The customer must pay for and make arrangements for return shipping. For a return merchandise authorization (RMA), contact our Accounting Department anytime via email.

Returns must be shipped to INSERT within 7 days of the order being delivered to the customer. Note- The returned order does not have to be received by INSERT within 7 days, it has to be shipped within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.

Once we receive the returned order, we will issue a credit memo to the cardholder, refunding the account in full less a 25% restocking charge. A copy of the credit memo will be emailed to the "Bill To" addressee from the original order.

Important- "Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
